Daniel was exceptional… and yes I always have a lot of questions, the whole concierge team was incredible and super responsive. Always ready to help and engage with us to make sure we had everything we needed. They coordinated rides from the airport and the drivers were on time and ready to greet us with smiles. When we arrived our room was ready. The room had everything we needed towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, rental surfboards, a restaurant below for anything we needed. Location wise this was a great place to stay, we were walking distance to the beach Playa Carmen. About 3 miles away from Santa Teresa beach , but we are not partiers so we didn’t mind being further away from the action. The food spots near us were walkable and incredible. The swimming pool is more of a dipping pool but even with 9/10 rooms filled we always felt like we had the common areas to ourselves to drink coffee in the morning or sit in the evening. The only thing that was slightly a down fall was that construction was happening right in front of the hotel. It was loud all week long because they literally were making and creating a new road. Amazing Experience I had the best experience here at the Ventura ST Hotel. The place was immaculate and the staff were the best. They set up all my transportation and excursions.
