Our Peak Season runs from December 15th to January 15th (Christmas and New Year). Between these dates, a full refund is possible on cancellation within 48 hours of booking, so long as the check-in date is no fewer than 14 days away. A refund of 50% is possible for cancellation at least seven days before the check-in date. No refunds are possible for cancellations fewer than seven days before the check-in date.

Our Easter Season runs from April 1st to April 10th. Between these dates, a full refund is possible for cancellations within 48 hours of booking, so long as the check-in date is no fewer than 14 days away. A refund of 50% is possible for cancellation at least seven days before the check-in date. No refunds are possible for cancellations fewer than seven days before the check-in date.

Our High Season runs from December 1st to April 30th (excluding the Peak Season and Easter Season dates above). During our High Season, a full refund is possible for cancellation up to 30 days before the booking’s check-in date. If a cancellation is made fewer than 30 days before the check-in date, a full refund is only possible if the cancellation is made within 48 hours of booking and no fewer than 14 days before the check-in date. A refund of 50% is possible for cancellation up to seven days before the check-in date.

Our Green Season runs from May 1st to December 10th. Between these dates, a full refund is possible for a cancellation up to five days before the check-in date of a booking.

Payments for bookings can be made via a valid credit card (Visa, American Express, or Mastercard). Payments for bookings can be made in advance or on arrival at Ventura Santa Teresa. We will most likely require guests to be able to show proof of identity via a passport or license (i.e. driver’s license).

Check-in is at or after 2 pm; check-out is at or before 11 am
