All reservations are Non-Refundable and a 50% deposit will be charged at the booking. If you cancel your reservation at any time, then a penalty of 50% of the total reservation value will be charged.

We allow 1 change of dates for all reservations without penalty. Please contact us if you wish to amend the dates of your reservation.

Payments for bookings can be made via a valid credit card (Visa, American Express, or Mastercard). Payments for bookings can be made in advance or on arrival at Ventura Santa Teresa. We will most likely require guests to be able to show proof of identity via a passport or license (i.e. driver’s license).

• Check-in is at or after 2 pm; check-out is at or before 11 am
• We don’t allow tobacco smoking at Ventura Santa Teresa
• We don’t allow pets to stay with guests
• Children of all ages are welcome at Ventura Santa Teresa.
